How do I place an order?

What is hookstrade.com?
This is a small, independent website that was created in 2003. We mainly sell worldwide brand name shoes and clothing, and we usually have a few other products available too. Admittedly, our selection is very large. We get products from factories here in China; We do not have a physical store; We only sell through our website.

Do you accept money orders?
Yes, but we only accept money transfers through Money Gram. We also accept money transfers through Western Union. To use either of these payment options click www.moneygram.com and www.westernunion.com and follow the instructions on the page. Sorry, but we do not accept checks.

How long does shipping take?
Packages are shipped through the Chinese Post Office using Priority Mail, which usually takes 5 to 7 days. Your package will be delivered by your U.S. Postal mailman. Shipping to the USA, Canada, West Europe, New Zealand, is FREE. hookstrade.com is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages.

Do you have a Return Policy?

Can you ship my order to a different address?
Yes, fortunately we can. If you use the money order or money transfer options we can ship your order to any address you like. But if one package has less than three items, a $10.00 handling fee is added to this order.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we are a wholesale supplier.

How much does shipping cost?

If you order more than 99usd at the same time and to the same address, shipping fee is free. But if your order less than three items to the same address, a $10.00 shipping fee is added to this order.
