Dear Ms / Sir,

Welcome to order on hookstrade.com. There are two ways to order, please see the steps details below.

Way One:

Step One: First of all, choose products what you like from our site, then send the product name , ID and size (for example: Jordan1-67, ID:61954,size 8,8.5…..) to my email (hookstrade@yahoo.com, hookstrade@hotmail.com).

Step Two: I will send an order form to your email. You can check the order form, including product, size, quantity and price so on. Then send me a feedback or confirm.

Step Three: Payment. You can send us money via Western union(www.westemunion.com) or Money gram(www.moneygram.com). Our payment info for customers is in the order form.

Step Four: After you pay, you will get the MTCN (money control number).Please let us know the MTCN, and how much, and the sender's full name and contact phone number.

Step Five: After receiving the payment, we will ship the package to the shipping address(customer). All the shoes are shipped from China ! We will send you the tracking number after we have shipped the items.

Step Six: The package will be received within 7days or less time. It depends where you are located.

Way Two:

Step One: Add to Cart.

Please choose what you need, fill quantity in the blank of “QTY” , then hit button “Add to Cart”.

Step Two: Continue Shopping

After you hit button “Add to Cart”. The below step will come up. Then hit button “Continue Shopping”. Then you will repeat the step one.

Step Three: Checkout

After you hit button “Add to Cart” again. The below step will come up. If you want to buy more, hit “Continue Shopping”, if you want to finish order, hit button “Checkout”.

Step Four: Fill Your Info in the blank

After you hit button “Checkout”. The below step will come up. Please fill Your Info in the blank, then hit button “Continue”.

Step Five: Modify Info or Continue

After you hit button “Continue”. The below step will come up. Please hit button “Continue”.

Step Six: Finish order

After you hit button “Continue”. The below step will come up. Please remember the order number(for example: GCM1004) and Total(for example:USD 180). That is all, order is finished, and leave things behind.
